Our Staff

Dr. Roncone is a board certified periodontist who specializes in the treatment of periodontal disease and dental implants.  She grew up in a small town in West Texas where she graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class.  She earned a bachelors of arts degree in Biology and graduated early from the University of Dallas as magna cum laude.  While in college, she was also inducted in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Upon graduation, Dr. Roncone moved out to California for her dental school training.  She graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry with her doctorate in 1996.  She was immediately accepted into the post-doctoral specialist program in the Periodontal Department at the Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.  While at Baylor, she did an in vitro research study on the diode laser.  She received her specialty certificate in Periodontics and dental implants in 1999.  She also earned a Masters degree in Oral Biology while at Baylor.

Dr. Roncone moved back to California to start her private practice.  She opened her periodontal office in Fallbrook in 1999.  Subsequently, she opened up a second office in Temecula in 2001.  She shares the Fallbrook office with her husband, Dr. Christopher Roncone, who is an orthodontist.  She enjoys all aspects of periodontics and is especially fond of dental implants and periodontal plastic surgery.  She frequently refers to herself as a “tooth saver” first and foremost.  Her practice goal is to educate her patients while providing excellent periodontal care in order to enhance their oral health and improve their quality of life.

She lives in Temecula with her husband, their daughter and son. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, snow skiing, tennis, golf and traveling.

My name is Kelly and I’ve been a surgical assistant for Dr. Roncone since 2001.  I started with Dr. Roncone shortly after I graduated from the dental assisting program at Nova/Bryman College.  I am married and have three wonderful children.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.  We enjoy going to the river and doing outdoor activities.

My name is Ivy.  I have been in the dental field since 2007.  I have been a surgical assistant for Dr. Roncone since 2014.  I am married with a son.  I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog.  In my spare time, I enjoy going out to eat, shopping, gardening and spending time with friends.

My name is Ashley.  I became a dental assistant in 2011 and I have been in the dental field ever since.  I worked in the back office until a few years ago when I transitioned to the front office.  I love what I do!   I am married with four wonderful children.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs.  I also love traveling with my husband for his job.  We get to meet and see a lot of celebrities!

My name is Aleah.  I graduated in 2001 from Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists when it was affiliated with Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  I grew up in Northern CA where I completed my prerequisite courses at Shasta College in Redding, CA.  I had the privilege of being a stay at home mom with my two daughters while only practicing hygiene one day a week.  I joined Dr. Roncone’s practice full time in 2022 and enjoy caring for all different smiles.  I love watching my daughters grow and always cheer them on with their field hockey and running events.  I enjoy yoga, hiking, book clubs and trying new things.  In my spare time, I pet sit and am having a lot of fun doing it.
